HOW

• Through monthly, virtual, group facilitated discussions designed to pull each foreman through the three areas of focus.
• Through an initial one-on-one coaching conversation with the individual foreman and myself to determine where they are on their journey as a leader, hear their perspective on leadership and ultimately build rapport between the two of us.
• Access to our resource library of archived sessions, designed to support the learning process and help people put ideas into action.
